Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Manager specializing in inhouse sales. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth by managing and expanding relationships with existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial products and services, excellent client management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced banking environment. This position demands a strategic thinker with strong negotiation capabilities and a proven track record in achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to promote the bank’s financial products and services.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective client engagement and cross-selling strategies.




- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, operations, and product to ensure seamless service delivery and client onboarding.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to assess client financial health and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies during all client interactions and transactions.
- Participate in training programs to continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Resolve client queries and issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust.
