Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with customers, understanding their financial protection and investment needs, and recommending suitable life insurance and related products.

The Relationship

Manager will conduct regular follow-ups, manage policy renewals, and provide post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential and existing clients,



explaining product features and benefits, coordinating with internal teams for smooth policy issuance, and achieving assigned sales and service targets in a professional, compliant manner.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Sales, cross-selling, and upselling capabilities, with a focus on life insurance and financial products.
- Ability to understand customer needs, provide solutions-based advice, and handle customer queries and concerns effectively.
- Basic knowledge of life insurance concepts, financial planning, and compliance or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for lead management, documentation, and reporting.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and local languages as required.
- Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana, manage field visits, and meet performance targets under minimal supervision.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
