About the Role

Greyrock Real Estate is looking for enthusiastic and ambitious freshers to join our team as Relationship Managers . This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have strong English communication skills, enjoy interacting with people, and are interested in building a career in real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries from prospective property buyers and investors.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Explain property projects, locations, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
- Schedule and conduct property/project visits with clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into successful property transactions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated about market trends, new projects, and real estate developments.




- Provide professional and timely service throughout the customer journey.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with clients.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Candidates with a passion for sales, real estate, and customer relationship management will be preferred.
