Key responsibilities

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to them
- Acquire new clients with the help of leads provided by the company and generate quality business revenue
- Actively cross sell / up sell products to the companys existing customers by identifying the customer needs
- Provide service to existing customers, solve their queries and concerns and ensure the quality of business is maintained consistently
- Generate fresh leads through cold calling and devise recent ways of widening customer base for revenue generation opportunities
- Accept authority of application, complaints of the customers and responsible to take it forward with concerned team.
- Exercise due diligence at to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
