ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
IP-11 Associates is looking for a B. Com / CA Semi-Qualified reliable, detail-oriented Accountant-cum-Office Assistant to join our skilled team. The role offers practical exposure to accounting, financial record management and office administration within an Insolvency & Legal practice, with responsibility for maintaining accurate accounts and supporting day-to-day office operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting & Finance
• Maintain books of accounts, journal entries, vouchers and ledgers in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and manage accounts payable & receivable.
• Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow and MIS reports.
• Maintain case-wise records of CIRP/liquidation costs, professional fees and expenses.
• Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.

Office Administration
• Organize office records, case documentation and correspondence.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, banks and professional stakeholders.




• Maintain physical and digital filing systems and provide general administrative support.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of financial, client and case-related information.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Practical knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping and balance sheet preparation.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Well acquainted with AI tools to support accounting and administrative work.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, journals, ledgers and vouchers.
• Robust numerical and analytical ability with attention to detail.

Added advantage: prior experience in a CA / CS / Law / Insolvency / Consultancy office.
ELIGIBILITY
• B. Com, Graduate; CA Semi-Qualified preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with robust practical accounting knowledge and the right attitude will also be considered. Accounting AI based accounting knowledge will be extra weightage
