Job Title: Project Manager - SDG Project - Healthcare Life Sciences (SAP MA Integration)

Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP projects/programs within the Healthcare Life Sciences domain
- Drive post-merger integration (PMI) initiatives, including IT system consolidation, SAP landscape harmonization, and business process alignment
- Manage large, distributed teams (40+ members), including functional, technical, and consulting resources
- Define integration strategy for MA activities, including data migration, system carve-outs, and consolidation into target SAP environments
- Develop and maintain detailed project and integration plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, integration management offices (IMO), and clients
- Drive governance, risk management,
and issue resolution across both project delivery and MA integration lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements relevant to healthcare and life sciences (e.g., GxP, FDA, data integrity standards) during integrations
- Oversee SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, or transformations (e.g., S/4HANA), including integration of acquired entities
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (IT, Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory) during MA integrations
- Monitor project and integration performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring KPIs and synergy targets are achieved
- Ensure effective change management and stakeholder communication during organizational and system transitions
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, including tracking of MA synergy realization
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience, with significant exposure to Healthcare Life Sciences
