Job Description( RMC plant experience MUST)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mix designs for all RMC grades.
- Oversee daily operations of the RMC quality laboratory.
- Conduct routine testing of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures) as per IS standards.
- Perform fresh & hardened concrete tests (e.g., slump, compressive strength, durability).
- Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and maintain documentation.
- Monitor production and verify adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with plant operations to ensure batching and mixing consistency.
- Maintain calibration and performance records of lab equipment.
- Prepare quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Address site quality issues and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in RMC plant quality control.
- Practical experience in RMC laboratory testing and mix design.
- Robust understanding of IS codes for concrete and material testing.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as an RMC Lab Incharge or supervisory quality role.
- Familiarity with automated batching systems and modern QA/QC practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
