Key Requirements

Minimum 1+ years of proven experience in Overseas Education Counselling

Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English (mandatory)

Excellent communication, counselling, and relationship management skills

Solid conversion and target-achievement capabilities

Ability to work independently and in a performance-driven environment

Roles & Responsibilities
- Complete daily targets set for tele calling and report performance and conversions to the manager,



with achievable conversion targets defined by the managers.
- Provide end-to-end counselling to students and parents for overseas education
- Advise on country, university, course selection, and admission pathways
- Drive enrolments by converting qualified leads into successful admissions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, visas, and student onboarding
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
