1. Guest Arrival & Departure
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage
- Escort guests to their rooms
- Explain room features and hotel amenities
- Assist guests during check-out with luggage and transportation arrangements

2. Guest Assistance
- Provide information about hotel services and facilities
- Deliver messages, packages, and room service items
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Arrange taxis or transportation when required

3. Lobby & Entrance Management
- Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and entrance area
- Coordinate with the front desk team
- Manage luggage storage and tagging system

4. Safety & Security
- Ensure proper handling and security of guest belongings
- Follow hotel safety procedures
- Report suspicious activities to management

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
