About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, confident Junioror Fresher Graphic Designer with a standout portfolio. You should be someone who lives and breathes design from traditional layouts to the latest AI driven workflows. If you love turning raw ideas into works of art and are eager to learn, this is the place for you.

Key Responsibilities
- Web and Digital: Design compelling, high conversion banners and digital assets for our website.
- Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to turn concepts into reality across both traditional and interactive templates.
- Apparel Design:



Create unique print developments and patterns in collaboration with our apparel design team.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain a consistent brand voice with a keen eye for typography, imagery, color, and composition.
- Research and Branding: Execute internal communications and employer branding, backed by continuous research into global ecommerce design trends.

Requirements:
- Proficiency: Expert level handle on Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- AI Integration: Familiarity with AI Generation tools
- Aesthetics: A refined sense of style that aligns with the soft, premium, and nurturing feel of our brand.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.

Bonus Points
- Shopify Experience: Familiarity with the Shopify backend such as uploading banners, managing basic store aesthetics, and theme customization.
