Key Responsibilities
- Bridge business and technology by translating business needs into actionable IT solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Engage in solution-driven communication with external stakeholders through calls and meetings to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Internal & External teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for senior management.
- Oversee system rollouts and provide training/support for new processes.
- Stay well-informed on current economic affairs to align strategies with market trends.
- Demonstrate a dynamic and proactive attitude toward challenges.

Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech / MBA / BBA / B.Com or equivalent.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




- Knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with IT project management and SDLC methodologies.
- Experience: 10+ years into end to end project management
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, and BI tools.
- Exposure in financial domain projects and regulatory compliance.
- Basic understanding of technologies such as APIs, system integrations, and tools like Postman for testing and validation.
- Exposure in accounting principles including Credit, Debit, Assets, and Liabilities.
