Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and network-oriented intern to assist in Channel Partner Identification, Screening, and Onboarding.

This role is focused on expanding and strengthening our external sales distribution network across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities1️ Channel Partner Identification
- Research and identify active brokers, CP firms, and independent real estate advisors
- Build a verified database of non-RERA and RERA-registered channel partners
- Categorize partners by geography, ticket size, and specialization
- Track broker performance and market credibility

2️ Partner Outreach & Engagement
- Initiate structured outreach via calls, meetings, and referrals
- Schedule onboarding discussions and presentations
- Assist in conducting partner meetings and explaining FIRST/ASSET value proposition
- Maintain follow-up tracker and engagement logs

3️ Onboarding & Documentation




- Coordinate collection of KYC and empanelment documents
- Ensure completion of Channel Partner Application Forms
- Maintain organized onboarding records
- Assist in issuing welcome kits and partnership briefs

4️ Network Management Support
- Monitor active partner pipeline
- Track deal sourcing activity
- Support partner relationship-building initiatives
- Assist in organizing partner meets and networking sessions
