Position Purpose

The role is responsible for driving Learning Operations, Governance, Analytics, and Program Management for the ISCM EDGE Learning ecosystem across manufacturing divisions. The incumbent will ensure seamless execution of capability-building initiatives, learning systems governance, stakeholder collaboration and learning analytics aligned to business priorities.

- Create high-quality leadership review decks
- Conceptual capability to design of new learning interventions
- Developing ISCM competency portal and knowledge assets
- Handle digital & immersive learning initiatives
- Learning operations and governance

- Attention to detail and data orientation

Work Experience
- BE + MBA / PGDM or equivalent qualification
- 10-12 years' experience in Learning Operations / L&D; / Capability Building
- Manufacturing exposure preferred
- Experience in LMS, dashboards, governance and stakeholder coordination preferred
