Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our company. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and selection, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR policy implementation and others. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of HR principles and practices. Responsibilities

Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with company regulations and legal requirements.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Administer performance management processes,



including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees and managers.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR and recommend improvements to existing HR processes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and handle employee grievances or complaints in a fair and timely manner.
Prepare HR reports and metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience working as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
