Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Manager role based in Delhi, India.



The Business Development Manager will identify and onboard professional service providers and business partners across multiple categories, expanding Matchigo.in’s marketplace supply. The role involves building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and developing outreach plans and campaigns to attract high-quality professionals. The person in this role will negotiate terms, present platform value propositions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new partners. They will collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality, support revenue growth, track performance metrics, and provide feedback on customer and partner needs to inform platform enhancements.
