Role

You'll own paid acquisition across a few markets: the budgets, the account architecture, the bidding and buying decisions, the signal quality, the measurement, and above all the CAC targets. You'll work in a tight pair with our Performance Creative Lead — they make the ads, you decide what runs and what scales, and you two share one number: cost per acquired customer.

Different channels and markets here need genuinely different buying approaches.



Some run best as well-fed automation — broad structures, Advantage+, relentless creative refresh. Others demand precision: keyword-level Search builds, CPC and tCPA discipline, manual structures while a new market is still signal-poor. You know when to hand a campaign to the machine and feed it creative, and when to build precision structures with manual bids — and you've done both.

Concretely, you will:

Own the CAC targets across three markets. Each market has an explicit monthly volume goal and CAC ceiling, measured on backend attribution. When the number is red, we expect you to be the first to know, the first to say so, and the first to move.
Allocate and scale budget with real math. One market is about to scale spend by a third; another needs its efficiency problem solved structurally; a third is relaunching from zero. You reason in marginal CAC, auction pressure, frequency, and fatigue economics.
