About the Role

Mahendra Academy is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Physics Faculty to join the academic team. Responsible for delivering high-quality lectures and preparing students for board and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to students preparing for board exams and competitive exams (JEE/NEET level preferred).
- Plan and deliver structured lectures as per the curriculum.
- Prepare study materials, notes, assignments, and test papers.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Evaluate student performance through regular tests and assessments.
- Provide academic mentorship and guidance to students.
- Maintain discipline and an engaging classroom setting.
- Ensure timely completion of syllabus.
- Participate in academic planning and institutional activities.

Required Skills:
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics:
- Excellent teaching and communication skills
- Ability to simplify complex numerical and theoretical concepts
- Strong classroom management skills




- Student-focused and result-driven approach

Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Physics:
- B.Ed preferred (not mandatory)

Experience
- 1-3 years of teaching experience in school or coaching institute
- Experience in teaching JEE / NEET / Board-level Physics.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a disciplined academic environment
