About the Role
We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and organized fresher to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the Founder on business operations, lead generation, and sales growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Manage and maintain Zoho CRM and sales databases.
Generate and research B2B leads using Apollo, LinkedIn, and other tools.
Identify decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists.
Execute email, LinkedIn, and messaging outreach campaigns.
Manage post-event lead follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
Track leads, follow-ups, responses, meetings, and pipeline activity.
Prepare basic sales/operations reports and MIS.
Conduct market and prospect research.
Assist the Founder and sales team with business operations and growth initiatives.
Explore and use AI tools and automation to improve productivity and processes.
What We’re Looking For
Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply.
Good communication and written English.
Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills.
Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Interest in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS, IT, or Technology.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment.
