Role Description Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire PolicyCenter Integration Lead Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex integration solutions within Guidewire PolicyCenter.



The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Guidewire integrations, technical architecture, team leadership, and the Property & Casualty (P&C;) insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of integration solutions for Guidewire PolicyCenter.
Design and develop inbound and outbound integrations between PolicyCenter and external applications using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Messaging Frameworks, and batch/file-based integrations.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of Guidewire developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Guidewire development standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain integrations using Gosu, Java, XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, and Guidewire integration frameworks.
