Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Plan and implement engaging daily routines and activities that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development
- Create a warm, loving, and stimulating workplace conducive to learning and exploration
- Assist children with personal care routines including toileting, eating, and hygiene
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom and daycare space
- Observe and document children’s development and behavior
- Communicate effectively and regularly with parents/guardians about their child’s day and progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure smooth transitions and a consistent routine
- Handle minor conflicts and behavioral issues with compassion and positive discipline techniques
- Participate in staff meetings,



training sessions, and events as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education, Human Development, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (preferred or willing to be certified)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
