The RMO is responsible for day-to-day clinical management of patients, ensuring timely medical care, proper documentation, and coordination with consultants, nursing, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities Patient Care
- Conduct initial patient assessment (OPD & IPD)
- Monitor vitals, symptoms, and treatment progress
- Handle emergency cases and stabilize patients
- Assist consultants during rounds and procedures
- Ensure timely treatment and intervention

Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate patient records (OPD/IPD notes)
- Write case summaries, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Ensure proper prescription and treatment entries
- Follow medico-legal documentation protocols

Treatment & Coordination
- Execute treatment plans as per consultant guidance
- Coordinate with nursing team for medication and care
- Ensure timely investigations (lab, radiology)
- Monitor drug administration and response

Emergency Handling
- Handle ICU/ward emergencies efficiently
- Provide first-line management in critical cases
- Escalate to senior consultants when required





Team Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Consultants
- Nurses
- Pharmacy
- Lab & Radiology
- Ensure smooth patient flow and communication

Hospital Operations
- Support admission & discharge process
- Assist in patient counselling when needed
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols & SOPs
- Maintain hygiene and patient safety standards

Skills Required:
- Solid clinical knowledge and decision-making
- Good communication & patient handling skills
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly
- Basic ICU/ward management understanding
- Team player with accountability

Working Conditions
- Shift-based duty (including night shifts)
- 8-10 hour duty (as per hospital requirement)
- Weekly off as per roster

Preferred
- Experience in hospital setup (ICU/ward)
- Oncology exposure (bonus, not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
