About Us

Firm Foundations and Housing Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed flat developer with a legacy of delivering high-quality residential projects across Chennai. We specialize in joint venture apartment developments, offering end-to-end design, construction, and project management solutions.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our design and execution team, playing a key role in coordinating between the architectural, structural, and site teams to ensure project quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and site execution teams.
- Prepare, review, and issue working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, and other site-related drawings.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design intent and specifications are followed during execution.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications,



and finishing schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, drawing registers, and approval records.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and site coordination meetings.
- Support in visualization, presentation drawings, and minor design revisions as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with design coordination experience.
- 2-6 years of experience in residential or mixed-use building projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Robust understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and site coordination.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
