Role Description The VMC Engineer will work in office in Rajkot in a full-time capacity, overseeing the operation and programming of Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs)



to produce precision automotive components. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up VMC machines, loading and adjusting tools, interpreting engineering drawings, and ensuring that all parts meet dimensional and quality specifications. The role involves monitoring machine performance, optimizing cutting parameters, and performing basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. The VMC Engineer will collaborate with production, quality, and design teams to improve machining processes, reduce rework, and support new product development. Documentation of production activities, adherence to safety protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives are integral parts of this position.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of VMC operations, CNC programming, and machine setup for precision machining.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and technical specifications relevant to auto
