Job Summary

Customer Service Representative will support sales operations, order management, and customer coordination for Ham-Let fluid system products in India. The role ensures smooth processing of orders, timely communication with customers and internal teams, and effective support to sales and project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage order processing from quotation to delivery in ERP system.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and global supply chain for order status and shipment updates.
- Provide customer support for inquiries related to delivery, documentation, pricing, and product availability.
- Track RFQs, quotations, and order confirmations with customers and distributors.
- Monitor shipment schedules, dispatch, and documentation including invoices, packing lists, and export/import paperwork.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, and service issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate customer database, order records, and reporting.
- Support sales team with follow-ups, project tracking, and internal coordination.




- Assist with credit control coordination and payment follow-ups where required.
- Ensure professional communication with distributors, EPC contractors, and end users.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 1-2 experience in customer service / inside sales / order management, preferably in industrial, instrumentation, valves, or fluid systems industry.
- Experience handling technical product orders or project-based business is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP
