Thousands of professionals rely on our software every day. Because of this, product quality is critical.
We believe the best way to ensure quality is to have people who are naturally curious, analytical, and obsessed with finding problems before users do.
If you enjoy breaking software, investigating strange behaviours, and hunting down bugs others miss, this role is for you.
Role Overview
As a Product Quality Investigator, your mission is straightforward:
Find bugs. Reproduce them. Document them clearly so they can be fixed quickly.
You will investigate issues reported by users, reproduce problems that are difficult to replicate, and explore the product to uncover hidden bugs.
This role is ideal for curious problem-solvers who enjoy deep product exploration and investigative testing.
You will work closely with the QA and engineering teams to ensure every bug report is clear, reproducible, and actionable.
What You Will Do
- Investigate issues reported by users and internal teams.
- Reproduce bugs when the steps are incomplete or unclear.
- Explore the product to discover new issues before users encounter them.
- Create clear, detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce.
- Capture screenshots, logs, or videos when necessary.
- Improve existing bug reports by identifying missing reproduction steps.
- Help ensure bug tickets are complete and actionable for developers.
- Collaborate closely with the QA team to improve product quality.
Your success will be measured by how effectively you can discover and reproduce issues.
What Makes You a Great Fit
We are not looking for traditional testers.
We are looking for bug hunters.
You may be:
- A power user who naturally discovers edge cases.
- Someone who enjoys breaking software to see how it behaves.
- Curious about how systems work behind the scenes.
- Extremely detail-oriented and patient when investigating issues.
- Someone who enjoys solving puzzles.
