Senior Financial Analyst – SG&A; FP&A;
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support SG&A; financial planning, reporting, and business partnering activities. This role will own monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management insights while partnering closely with global stakeholders to improve financial performance, identify cost optimization opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Own and support SG&A; costs monthly close activities, including accrual reviews, expense validations, cost center mapping, and financial reporting for the EUR region.
Prepare and present monthly SG&A; performance reports,



dashboards, and executive-level commentary highlighting key trends, risks, opportunities, and expense drivers.
Drive variance analysis against Budget, Forecast, Prior Year, and Actual results, providing forward-looking insights and recommendations to business partners.
Partner with divisional heads and functional leaders to understand spending trends, challenge assumptions, influence decisions, and improve cost visibility.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, strengthening forecast accuracy, financial governance, and alignment with business objectives.
Manage planning system data loads, validations, and reporting support during monthly close, forecast, and budget cycles.
Deliver ad hoc financial analysis, business case evaluations, and management reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
