Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in the assigned discipline.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
- Employ effective and cutting-edge teaching methods.
- Supervise student research, theses, dissertations, or capstone projects.
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students.

Research and Scholarship
- Conduct independent and collaborative research or creative work.
- Publish in peer-reviewed journals, books, or equivalent scholarly outlets.
- Secure external or internal research funding, where applicable.
- Present research at academic conferences and professional meetings.
- Maintain an active, recognized research agenda.

Preferred Qualifications:




- PhD or equivalent terminal degree in the relevant field (completed or near completion by start date).
- Demonstrated potential for excellence in teaching and research.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Postdoctoral experience or prior teaching experience at the university level.
- Evidence of scholarly publications or research in progress.
- Experience with grant writing or funded research projects.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in teaching and service.
