Sales Coordinator – Inside Sales (ELV, CCTV & Security Systems)
We are hiring a Sales Coordinator – Inside Sales with experience in ELV, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Security Systems. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, customer-focused, and capable of supporting the sales team through lead management, quotation preparation, customer follow-ups, and coordination with internal departments.
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Chennai or nearby districts in Tamil Nadu.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Customer Coordination
Handle incoming enquiries from phone, email, website, and digital marketing campaigns.
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up.
Maintain customer databases and update lead information in CRM systems.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Sales Support & Quotation Management
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and product information to customers.
Follow up on submitted quotations and track sales opportunities.




Coordinate with technical and project teams for BOQ, pricing, and project requirements.
Assist in preparing tender documents and commercial submissions when required.
Order Processing & Coordination
Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and project updates.
Work closely with procurement, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain records of sales orders, invoices, and customer communications.
CRM & Reporting
Update sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunity status in CRM.
Generate sales reports, lead status reports, and follow-up schedules.
Track monthly sales targets and support the sales team in achieving business goals.
Customer Service & Follow-Up
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.
