Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor to join our content and personal branding team.
The role will primarily focus on creating high-quality short-form video content for founders and brands across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. The editor will also work on podcast clips, long-form videos, interviews, and other personal branding content.
Key Responsibilities

Short-Form Video Editing
Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts
Create 8–15 or more short-form clips from relevant podcast recordings, depending on the content
Convert raw footage into engaging, platform-friendly content




Create strong openings and hooks to retain viewer attention
Add captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, B-roll and other visual elements where required
Ensure videos are visually consistent with the founder's personal brand
Experiment with different editing styles, formats and storytelling techniques
Podcast & Long-Form Editing
Edit podcast recordings and interviews into polished long-form videos
Identify strong and engaging moments from podcasts and long-form footage
Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips
Edit full-length podcasts; cut and edit podcast trailers
Maintain consistency in audio, visuals, pacing and overall production quality
Personal Branding Content
Understand the founder's personality, communication style and positioning
Translate conversations, interviews and ideas into engaging visual stories
Maintain consistency across all video content
