Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide product/service information
- Explain modular kitchens, interiors, sofas, beds, wardrobes, and décor solutions
- Schedule site visits, showroom visits, and design consultations
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets
- Follow up on quotations and convert leads into bookings
- Coordinate with sales and design teams
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Skills & Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English (local language preferred)




- Basic knowledge of furniture/interior products preferred
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer handling
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
