Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Technical Consultant with strong development and configuration experience to support IRM/GRC and TPRM implementations and enhancements. The candidate will work with architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow applications for IRM/GRC and TPRM.
Work with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Notifications and Approvals.
Support Risk, Compliance, Audit, Controls, Issues and Vendor Risk Management processes.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
Work on Service Catalog, Import Sets, Transform Maps, Update Sets and deployment activities.
Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and production support.




Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with architects and functional teams.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and Agile methodologies.
Required Skills
7+ years hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer and Integration Hub knowledge.
Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, ACLs, CMDB and integrations.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in REST/SOAP, Import Sets, Transform Maps and Update Sets.
