Job description:
Key Requirements:
- Track and execute timely renewal of subscriptions, AMC contracts.
- Follow up with existing customers for advance payments, pending renewals, and reorder opportunities.
- Maintain records in the CRM system for all assigned accounts.
- Escalate customer issues, complaints, or at-risk accounts to Senior CRE
- Take reviews and feedback from the customers and fast-track resolution of urgent and critical issues by interfacing with the internal teams.

Education & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (Technical disciplines are preferred - BSc-IT, Bsc-CS, B.E., other disciplines are also welcome)
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Docs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
