Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Traffic & Operations Management:
- Organize and monitor all daily traffic and logistics activities.
- Determine the most effective transportation modes for specific projects to optimize efficiency.
- Track orders in real-time to ensure punctual and efficient deliveries.
- Provide clients with accurate estimated arrival dates (ETA).
- Fleet & Vendor Coordination:
- Manage fleet operations, including arranging drivers and overseeing vehicle maintenance.
- Strategically hire vehicles from the market and place company-owned vehicles back into the market for maximum utility.
- Develop new vendors and direct owners to expand the transport network.
- Track market vehicles from the loading point to the unloading destination.
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all shipping documents are accurately filed prior to transit.
- Maintain strict compliance with all applicable logistics and transportation regulations.
- Oversee the safe transport of all products and goods to prevent loss or damage.
- Administration & Business Development:




- Supervise logistics staff and provide specific instructions for shipments as required.
- Resolve invoicing and billing issues with vendors and clients.
- Drive business development by identifying and adding new customers.
- Manage billing processes and bank-related logistics paperwork.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in logistics management, specifically within large-scale work environments.
- Logistics Expertise: Adept at employing efficient shipping techniques and managing market vehicle ATH & BTH.
- Assessment: Ability to quickly assess high-pressure situations and implement solutions.
- Communication: Remarkable communication skills for client and driver interaction.
- Flexibility: Ability to work versatile schedules to meet the demands of a 24/7 logistics cycle
