Production Supervisor - CNC / VMC / HMC

Experience Required: 5-7 years

Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) / BE in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily production activities in the machining shop
- Perform and oversee CNC / VMC / HMC programming and machine setup
- Plan manufacturing processes including tools, jigs, and fixtures
- Optimize production efficiency through cycle time reduction and line balancing
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production targets
- Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and HMC programming and setup




- Strong knowledge of process planning and tooling
- Experience in cycle time optimization and line balancing
- Familiarity with PPAP and quality documentation
- Positive leadership and problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
