Job Summary

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales in your assigned area and building strong customer relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Potential Customers: Research and locate potential customers in your area to expand the client base and enhance sales opportunities.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Present products or services to customers effectively, highlighting their benefits and addressing any concerns to motivate them to make a purchase.
- Negotiate and Close Sales: Engage with customers to discuss offers, negotiate terms,



and close sales, ensuring a good understanding of their needs is met.
- Maintain Customer Relationships: Follow up with existing customers to build rapport, encourage repeat business, and gather feedback for future improvements.
- Report Sales Activities: Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions to track performance and inform management of progress.

Required Skills and Expectations:
- Communication Skills: Solid verbal communication skills are essential for effective interactions with customers and team members.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a sales role is preferred, demonstrating your ability to meet sales targets.
- Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently and stay motivated in a field sales environment is crucial.
