Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in Kanpur. The Team Leader will oversee a team of sales executives responsible for sourcing deposits, retail loan products, and credit cards,



ensuring targets are met and customer interactions are professional and compliant. The role involves planning and monitoring daily field activities, coordinating with branch and back-office teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of customer applications. The Team Leader will support the implementation of digital onboarding processes, track performance metrics, and provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members. The role also includes resolving escalated customer issues, maintaining strong relationship management, and contributing to local marketing and promotional initiatives.
