Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, architects, and workers.
- Verify construction dimensions as per approved drawings.
- Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials used in construction.
- Maintain records of site activities and project progress.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
- Ensure construction work meets quality standards.
- Verify contractor bills and site expenses.
- Maintain stock records of construction materials.
- Review and verify architectural and structural drawings before execution.
- Ensure work is completed safely and within the project timeline.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction supervision and site management.
- Experience in factory shed or industrial building construction.
- Basic to good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read and verify construction drawings.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
