Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation and commissioning of:
- Electrician Core basics
- CCTV Surveillance Systems (IP & Analog)
- Networking equipment (routers, switches, POE devices)
- Optical Fibre termination and testing
- Access control systems (biometric, RFID-based)
- Intrusion detection and alarm systems
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments
- Lay, crimp, terminate and test copper and fibre optic cables
- Configure and maintain IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, and video management software
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in coordination with the central support team
- Create and maintain installation reports, service logs, and documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction with post-installation support
- Adhere to safety and quality protocols while working at client sites

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, Computers, or related fields
- 2-3 years of field experience in installation and maintenance of security and IT systems
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, IP addressing,



and fibre cabling
- Knowledge of camera analytics, power supply systems, and VMS platforms is a plus
- Ability to read and understand circuit diagrams, layout drawings, and cabling plans
- Familiar with tools such as OTDR, splicing machines, multimeters, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Familiarity with the Pune and surrounding area is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English

Work Conditions:
- This is a day-shift role with standard working hours (Mon-Sat)
- Weekly off on Sundays
- Field assignments will include industrial, institutional, and government sites
- Protective gear and safety training will be provided as per company policy

Compensation:
- Salary: As per industry standards and experience
- Travel allowance & field incentives applicable
- Training and certification support provided on advanced systems

Pay: ₹9,022.83 - ₹22,000.00 per month
