Job Title: Executive - Production
Location: Greater Noida
Role Summary
Responsible for end-to-end paper procurement, production coordination support, paper calculation, basic printing understanding, and paper stock management for the Greater Noida unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate with paper suppliers, issue purchase orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with production/printing teams to plan paper requirement as per job schedules.
- Calculate paper requirement (size, GSM, quantity, and wastage) for each print job.
- Ensure correct paper selection as per printing process and job specifications.
- Maintain accurate paper inventory records and monitor minimum/reorder stock levels.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
- Prepare simple reports on paper consumption, stock status, and vendor performance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.




- 2-4 years’ experience in paper procurement, printing, or production environment.
- Good knowledge of paper types, GSM, and basic printing processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic inventory/stock management software.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Working Details
- Location: Greater Noida (on-site role) 6 Days a week.
- Working Days/Hours: As per company policy and production requirements.
