Role:
Manage all incoming, stored, and issued materials ensuring traceability and availability.
Responsibilities:
- Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) for incoming materials
- Maintain inventory of raw materials & components:
- Verify for incoming materials:
- Material Test Certificates (MTC)
- Inspection Certificate
- Supplier compliance as mentioned in PO
- Ensure proper storage conditions:
- Rubber parts (away from heat/UV)
- Segregation of accepted/rejected items
- Accountability of components and consumables
- Maintain FIFO system:
- Issue materials to production as per work orders
- Track stock levels and reorder points and coordinate with Production Planner:
- Maintain lot traceability (raw material → finished sensor)
