AirCleanPro Australia is looking for an experienced and mature Director / Business Operations Partner to join our growing organisation on a full-time, profit-sharing basis.
This is a genuine, full-time commitment — not a casual or part-time arrangement. We're looking for someone who is dedicated, positive, and creative-minded, and who is genuinely excited to bring their experience to a growing business rather than simply filling time.
This opportunity is particularly suitable for a retired professional or senior executive with substantial experience in business operations, administration, accounting, financial management, client communication, and general business management who wants to remain fully and professionally active in a meaningful, hands-on role.

The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to strengthen business operations, improve financial discipline, develop client relationships, monitor performance, and support sustainable business growth.

This is not a conventional salaried employment position.



The selected person will participate in the business's success through an agreed profit-sharing arrangement, with the potential to grow into a long-term leadership/partnership role.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations
Oversee and monitor day-to-day business operations
Establish effective operational procedures and controls
Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Coordinate between management, employees, contractors, suppliers, and clients
Help establish qualified systems and processes as the business grows
Accounts & Financial Management
Monitor income, expenses, receivables, and payables
Review basic accounting records and financial reports
Monitor profitability of different services/projects
Assist management with budgeting and financial planning
Track outstanding invoices and customer payments
Coordinate with accountants/bookk
