About the Role
As a UI/UX Product Design Intern at ZOOP.ONE, you will contribute to the design of our digital product suite, working alongside senior designers and cross-functional teams to shape user experiences that serve both talent and investors. You will support design strategy informed by customer insights and user research, helping to improve customer journeys, develop accessible solutions, and support international growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret experience briefs from Product Owners and translate them into clear design direction.
- Design interfaces that minimise friction across the customer journey.
- Deliver user-centred experiences that strengthen the ZOOP.ONE brand and build customer affinity, with close attention to detail.
- Assist in conceptualising the feature roadmap and prioritising design initiatives based on market research, testing, and brand goals.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation, and participate in QA testing and design maintenance.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Solid understanding of information architecture, user-centred design principles, and current design trends.
- Strong design sensibility, with a willingness to use data and customer insights to inform decisions.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD; familiarity with Photoshop is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a cooperative, cross-functional setting.
