Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute daily dispatch of goods as per schedule
- Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, Packing List, E-way bill, etc.)
- Ensure proper loading of goods in containers with maximum space utilization
- Calculate and manage container CBM to optimize shipment capacity
- Coordinate with transporters, warehouse team, and production department
- Monitor dispatch timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain dispatch records and reports
- Handle container stuffing and loading supervision
- Ensure safety and proper handling of goods during dispatch
- Resolve any dispatch-related issues or delays

Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of Container CBM calculation & loading planning:
- Understanding of logistics and dispatch processes
- Basic knowledge of documentation (Invoice, E-way bill,



LR, etc.)
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple dispatches efficiently
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP systems preferred)

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred)

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in factor dispatch operations
- Knowledge of export container loading (20ft / 40ft container)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- On-time dispatch rate
- Container space utilization efficiency (CBM usage)
- Accuracy in documentation
- Reduction in dispatch delays and errors

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
