Role:Executive - Management Information Systems

Department:Office of Strategy Management

Reports to:Manager

Role Definition:
The Executive is responsible for day-to-day data collection, cleaning, validation, reporting, and dashboard management. The role ensures accurate and timely availability of business data for performance monitoring, operational reviews, and decision-making across departments

Deliverables:
- Timely generation and distribution of all daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
- Develop and update dashboards for key business functions
- Support system integration, data automation, and BI tool usage
- Ensure data compliance and reporting hygiene as per defined SOPs

Task and Activities:
Daily MIS Reporting Operations:
- Extract data from various source systems (LIMS, CRM, HRMS, Sales Tool)



as per report schedule. Validate raw data to remove duplicates, mismatches, or errors in logic/formulas
- Update daily trackers and share daily dashboards with relevant stakeholders (Sales, Operations, and other Teams). Follow defined cut-off times to publish morning dashboards to all stakeholders

Weekly & Monthly Reporting:
- Consolidate week-on-week trends and performance summaries geography/ business unit-wise, function wise or channel wise.
- Consolidate monthly MIS covering revenue, operations, profitability, HR, etc Prepare monthly zone-wise, channel-wise and function wise performance dashboards
- Perform variance analysis: actual vs. plan, MOM, YOY comparisons. Prepare summary insights for Monthly Business Review decks
- Ensure alignment with Finance-reconciled data and approved management figures.
- Maintain archives of all weekly and monthly reports with version control
