On-Field Sales Executive
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented On-Field Sales Executive who can help us expand our market presence by directly connecting with wholesalers, dealers, distributors, and potential business partners across different areas and cities.
This is a field-intensive role suited for someone who enjoys travelling, meeting customers, building long-term business relationships, and converting market opportunities into actual sales.
Key Responsibilities
Visit different markets, areas, and cities to identify and approach potential wholesalers, dealers, and distributors.
Present and promote the company’s products directly to prospective customers.
Generate new leads and convert them into active business accounts.
Develop strong relationships with existing dealers and wholesalers to increase repeat business.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products accordingly.
Regularly follow up with prospects, dealers, and existing customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Explore recent territories and markets to expand the company’s dealer and distribution network.
Keep track of competitor activity, pricing, market trends, and customer feedback.
Provide regular updates and field reports regarding visits, leads, conversions, and sales performance.
Coordinate with the internal sales, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Represent the organization professionally during customer visits and business meetings.
