Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and trend-savvy Influencer Marketing Strategist to lead creator partnerships, drive impactful influencer campaigns, and deliver measurable brand growth across FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, and Hospitality categories.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute result-driven influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
Own influencer campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.
Build and nurture strong relationships with creators, talent managers, agencies, and key industry stakeholders.
Stay ahead of emerging creator trends, content formats, platforms, and influencer opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify fresh opportunities and industry insights.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Executives, Managers, and Interns.
Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.




Drive creative, creative, and culturally relevant campaign ideas and influencer activations.
Handle creator negotiations, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and overall campaign efficiency.
Leverage AI tools for campaign planning, content ideation, research, analysis, and productivity.

Required Skills
3-5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, or Digital Marketing.
Strong experience managing influencer campaigns across FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, and Hospitality brands.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience in team management, mentoring, and leadership.
Strong understanding of influencer metrics, campaign reporting, and performance analysis.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
Strong creative thinking with a strategic and business-oriented approach.
