Role Description

The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the garment production process, from raw materials to final shipment, in accordance with buyer requirements and quality standards.

Required skills:
- Good knowledge of garment quality control processes




- Ability to identify fabric and sewing defects
- Strong measurement checking skills
- Analyze root causes of defects
- Suggest corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Work closely with the production team to improve quality
- Verify packing, labeling, and tagging
- Inspect finished garments for appearance and quality
- Perform measurement checks as per spec sheet
- Conduct final inspection based on AQL standards
- Basic understanding of buyer quality standards
- Experience: 1-2 Years

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
