Job Timing: 4 PM to 9 PM
Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to patients in person as well as over the phone in a professional manner.
- Assist visitors and patients politely and efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding appointments and services.
- Positive communication skills are mandatory in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Maintain clinic inventory by checking supplies and ensuring stock availability.
- Manage billing, payments, and update records accurately in the system.
- Coordinate daily front desk activities smoothly and professionally.
