About the Role

Nudge Asia is looking for a hands-on Operations & Production Manager who can take an idea from a design file to flawless on-ground execution.

You will manage end-to-end production and operations across events, brand activations, retail installations, pop-ups, exhibitions and experiential projects across India.

What You’ll Own

* End-to-End Production: From recce and measurements to fabrication, installation, execution and dismantling.
* Fabrication: Solid understanding of carpentry, metal, acrylic, printing, signage, lighting, AV, materials and finishes.
* Events & Activations: Manage venues, vendors, manpower, logistics, technical requirements and complete on-ground execution.
* Retail Production: Execute POSM, kiosks, shop-in-shops, displays, pop-ups, window displays and permanent/semi-permanent installations.
* Vendor Management: Source, negotiate and manage fabricators,



printers, AV teams, logistics partners and specialist vendors across India.
* BOQs & Costing: Prepare BOQs, vendor comparisons, production estimates and project budgets while constantly finding smarter ways to optimise costs.
* Quality Control: Ensure everything produced matches approved designs, dimensions, materials and finishing standards.
* Timelines: Build production schedules and ensure every deadline is met — including those very real last-minute event deadlines.
* Team Management: Lead internal operations teams, vendors, technicians and on-ground manpower across simultaneous projects.
* Problem Solving: Anticipate production challenges and find solutions quickly without compromising the creative idea.
