Job Scope: We are seeking a highly experienced Domain Solution Consultant with strong functional consulting expertise across banking, payments, and fintech ecosystems. This role is focused on domain-led solutioning, client consulting, and sales enablement, supporting go-to-market initiatives, inside sales, and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial services domain knowledge combined with the ability to craft client-specific value propositions, conduct discovery-led consulting, and articulate explicit business outcomes across payments modernization, cards, open banking, and emerging digital asset use cases.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Domain-Led Solutioning: Lead solution design from a functional and business perspective across: Payments and faster payments infrastructure, ISO20022 and ISO8583 messaging, Card lifecycle (issuance, authorization, clearing, settlement), Open Banking and API ecosystems,



Stablecoins and digital assets (business and operational use cases), Risk management, AML, and fraud prevention
Translate client requirements into clear functional solution constructs, business flows, and operating models.
Client Engagement & Consulting: Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions. Understand client challenges, regulatory environments, and transformation priorities. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, sales teams, and technology/delivery teams.
Sales Enablement & Inside Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with inside sales and business development teams to: Design targeted outreach campaigns aligned with industry trends. Identify high-potential client segments, use cases, and buying triggers. Create compelling campaign messaging, hooks, and value narratives.
